We collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when you create an account or sign up for updates. We also collect usage data (codes viewed, searches performed) to power features like your Audit Log and to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and improve the Purple Taro Labs service, send you product updates you've opted into, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by our payment processors and we do not store card details.
We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@purpletarolabs.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
