By accessing or using Purple Taro Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Purple Taro Labs provides an ICD-10-CM code browser for reference purposes. The Service is a reference tool only and does not constitute medical, legal, or billing advice. Always verify codes with authoritative sources and your organization's compliance team.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the code data in bulk. The ICD-10-CM code set is published by CMS and is in the public domain; however, our interface, search infrastructure, and additional data (CPT hints, changelogs) are proprietary.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the code data is complete, accurate, or current at all times. FY2026 codes reflect the CMS release as of October 1, 2025.
